ProAct™ DFIR Services
ProAct™ Services comprise the ProActive offerings we extend to our clients prior to, during and in anticipation of future incidents. Taking a ProActive approach to Digital Forensic Incident Response (DFIR) matters can save not only time and valuable resources, but overall response costs as well. Being prepared to address an incident when it occurs is the first step in overcoming and surviving the incident.
We will help you reduce response time & incident impact by assuring you are fully prepared for DFIR events and by responding swiftly when they occur. Our expert incident responders, utilizing state-of-the-art technologies and industry standard procedures, will support you throughout the incident response efforts to quickly contain and mitigate DFIR incidents.
ProAct™ Services
- ProActive™ DFIR Preparedness – We can help you achieve a readiness status giving you the proper capabilities and processes as well as the peace of mind over a complex and stressful event. We can assist you in developing a comprehensive DFIR plan tailored to your individual needs and/or ProActively assessing and maintaining your plans to ensure your company’s readiness for a DFIR event.
- DFIR Readiness Prep Session (2 hours onsite or remote)
- We also offer DFIR Workshops, Tabletop Exercises and Threat Intelligence Briefings for your team.
- DFIR Plans – We offer a DFIR Retainer service to improve readiness and response times with a pre-established contract for Emergency DFIR Response services with varying levels of discounted rates.
- Threat Hunting – We will assess your network and identify any unknown threat actors while simultaneously validating the effectiveness of your threat actor detection capabilities.
- Emergency DFIR Response – We will respond with a cadre of DFIR experts and state of the art technology to assist during our preservation and analysis of digital evidence. We will also integrate prior and current threat intelligence to help you respond effectively to DFIR events. A legally defensible Report of Findings will be prepared for use internally or with external parties such as regulators or law enforcement agencies.
